Manufacturing & Product Integrity
Our Commitment to Product Transparency
Treasure Box is a Canadian manufacturer developing collectible trading card surprise products with a focus on transparency, product integrity, and responsible manufacturing practices.
Our manufacturing framework is being designed to support accurate product documentation, consistent assembly procedures, secure packaging, and clearly identified releases. Our objective is to provide collectors and participating sellers with reliable product information while maintaining appropriate controls throughout the manufacturing and distribution process.
Series Planning & Identification
Each Treasure Box release is planned as an individually identified series.
Our series documentation is designed to record product specifications, release quantities, applicable card information, and the intended distribution format.
Single-show and multi-show releases are identified separately to support the disclosure requirements applicable to each format.
Inventory Documentation
Treasure Box is developing inventory tracking procedures intended to support accurate accounting of the collectible cards included in each series.
These records are designed to document card identification, condition or grading information where applicable, series allocation, and product quantities.
Public release information and applicable checklists will be made available through our Official Release Checklists directory.
Product Assembly & Fairness
Treasure Box is developing documented product assembly procedures intended to promote consistency, transparency, and fairness across each release.
These procedures are intended to establish how collectible cards are allocated to individual products, how completed products are identified and secured, and how product assembly records are maintained.
Our objective is to ensure that sealed products are assembled according to predetermined series specifications and that participating sellers do not receive undisclosed information about the contents of individual sealed products.
Final assembly and allocation procedures will be established before commercial distribution begins.
Packaging & Product Security
Treasure Box is developing packaging and handling procedures intended to help maintain the integrity of its sealed products.
Planned procedures include documenting product assembly, maintaining series identification, and using appropriate tamper-evident packaging measures.
Final packaging and security procedures will be reviewed before products are released for distribution.
Series Finalization
Each series is intended to undergo a documented finalization process before distribution.
This process includes reconciling product quantities, confirming applicable release disclosures, and recording the series finalization date.
Once a series is declared finalized, its documented product and item quantities will be treated as fixed.
Distribution & Seller Relationships
Treasure Box is developing relationships with independent sellers and distribution partners who may offer our products through approved sales channels.
Treasure Box's intended role is to manufacture and supply sealed collectible products, while participating sellers are responsible for conducting their own sales activities.
Manufacturer and seller responsibilities, product handling procedures, and applicable independence requirements will be reviewed and documented before distribution through platforms that require them.
Participation on any particular sales platform remains subject to that platform's applicable policies and approval requirements.
